The Dakota County Soil and Water Conservation District has partnered with four local watershed organizations — the Vermillion River Joint Powers Organization, the Black Dog Watershed Management Organization, the Lower Mississippi River Watershed Management Organization and the Eagan-Inver Grove Heights Watershed Management Organization — to create the Landscaping for Clean Water program.
