Doors Open Minneapolis

Join us on Saturday, May 17, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. for Doors Open Minneapolis at the Mississippi Watershed Management Organization’s (MWMO) Stormwater Park and Learning Center. This free, citywide event—organized by the nonprofit Rethos—offers behind-the-scenes access to dozens of iconic and unique sites across Minneapolis. We’re proud to be part of this celebration of the city’s architecture, history, and innovation.
Explore Our Living Laboratory
At the MWMO, you’ll discover how green infrastructure, public art, and innovative stormwater features come together to protect water quality and connect our community to the Mississippi River. Our Stormwater Park and Learning Center is a living laboratory where science, sustainability, and design intersect.
