Dr. Udai B. Singh is the Water Resources Director at the MWMO. He manages the water quality monitoring, communications, and administrative support staff. He is also in charge of the MWMO’s internship program. He obtained his Bachelor’s of Engineering degree in Agricultural Engineering from India, Master of Engineering degree in Water Resources Engineering and Irrigation and Drainage Engineering from Asian Institute of Technology, Bangkok, Thailand, and Master of Science and Ph.D. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Texas Tech University, Lubbock, Texas, USA. He is a registered professional engineer in the state of Minnesota and he has more than 25 years of experience working with national and international research and teaching institutions, private consulting firms, and local units of government.
