University Lutheran Church of Hope - Stormwater Best Management Practice Design The University Lutheran Church of Hope (ULCH) will create a plan for stormwater management at the ULCH property that results in detailed design work for stormwater best management practices (BMPs), such as bioretention through raingardens, infiltration trenches or living walls; porous pavement; and the use of cisterns. The stormwater BMPs will significantly reduce stormwater runoff from ~37,000 square feet of impervious surfaces on the property.
